"The Night Watchman" Original Cholrite on Pipestone
This is an Multi International Award Winning Sculpture. A top thirty winner among fourteen thousand entrants worldwide. This sculpture is a fine example showing how I leave some of the natural stone as part of the overall design. The wing is the natural skin on the stone, which I carve around it to depict the wing. I had this piece of pipestone knowing that someday it would be the base for a sculpture. Perfect combination as the pipestone resembles a fence post.
