Pods
After taking a welding class, I enjoy using combinations of materials to create a sculpture. Bending one inch rebar to resemble plant stems. Tehn creating the steel mesh to resemble a plant pod before it breaks open to reveal the blossom.
After accumulating several river stones, I carved the section on one end to resemble sprouting buds. Adding barbwire to keep people from climbing it, also adding more interests for the piece.
